無意間在Fb的好友看到有人分享一篇文章,好到我覺得應該要把它摘錄下來,就是創業者在早期最該專注的兩件事,第一件事是把產品做好,第二是去用戶(或者是你的客戶)交流,其他的事情 YC 建議不要做。(YC 是谷知名創業育成機構,曾經投資公司包括 Scribd,Reddit,Airbnb,Dropbox,DISQUS,Posterous 等知名網路新創公司。)創業要做的事情一大多,數也數不完,為什麼要做這兩件事?

每位真正意義上成功的創始人在講述他們創業早年時光時

幾乎都是坐在電腦前面研究自己的產品或者和客戶們進行交流 
It’s almost always sitting in front of the computer, working on their product or talking to their customers

幾乎所有的時間都在幹這些。他們很少做別的事情 
That’s pretty much all the time. They do very little else,

如果你的時間安排與此大不相同的話,那你應該仔細考慮下自己的時間安排了 
and you should be very skeptical if your time allocation is much different.

Build a product. And get it as good as possible by talking to your users.
